Account status

Initially, all accounts are marked as "PENDING". This is because we are awaiting a payment from you before we can activate the account.

"PENDING" - Awaiting a payment from you before the account is activated. Accounts are automatically activated once it is processed with PayPal

"NEW" - An account that has just been paid and is currently being created on your selected node. This status should only be set for a few moments.

"ACTIVE" - The account is active and can be used. Multiple options are now active in your client portal.

"SUSPENDED" - The account is suspended, either due to non-payment or abuse. You will need to contact support if you have any further questions.

"CANCELED" - The account is canceled, usually due to request or because of a chargeback from PayPal. The account will not be reactivated in the future.
